To assist you, we have developed an exclusive "Comfort Factor Guarantee" - our wearability rating system -- which classifies all our apparel, sofa throws and blankets into one of 3 comfort categories: Comfort Factor A is comfortable next to even the most sensitive skin. Comfort Factor B is comfortable next to normal skin or as an outer layer for sensitive skin. Comfort Factor C is for outerwear or home decor.

Second, there are always those who will sell an inferior product for a lower price - and many times the lower price translates to unfair wages for the workers who make the products. Because we are jobbers and direct importers of fine alpaca products, we cut out the middleman and apply the savings to fair wages for the artisans who create our products and a fair price for our valued customers.
