Shipping & Returns

Once your order is placed it will be processed within 48 hours and shipped via UPS. During checkout you can choose between UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. Shipment time varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Orders can be shipped anywhere in the US, including Hawaii and Alaska. Or you can select In Store Pick-up during checkout to indicate that you will visit the Dreamspun Alpaca shop to pick your items up.

Customer Guarantee

Dreamspun Alpaca guarantees the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in original condition within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping charges). Please see our return policy below for full details.


You may return an item in original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping and handling charges. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.

When you return an item, please provide the following information:

  1. How you want the return handled, for example: Exchange? Gift Certificate? Issue a refund? Credit the card originally charged? Other (please explain)?
  2. Let us know why you are returning the item, for example: Wrong Size? Wrong Item? Didn't like the color/style/quality? Damaged in transit?
  3. Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.
  4. Please give us an email address or daytime telephone number in case we have any questions.
  5. Ship your return to us by pre-paid, insured carrier.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issues and will appear on your billing.

We gladly accept checks, money orders, and VISA or Mastercard for mail order transactions. Fax, phone and online orders are limited to credit cards. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D. orders.
